Data Deletion Instructions
If you have used W. Park Studio (the W. Park content scheduling tool) and want to delete the data we hold tied to your use of the tool, you have three paths:
- In W. Park Studio: open Settings → Connections → "Disconnect from Facebook" or "Disconnect from Instagram." Click "Also delete my account data." All OAuth tokens, scheduling preferences, and post history will be deleted within 30 days. Posts you already published to your social accounts remain in place; they are yours, and W. Park Studio does not have the right to retract them.
- Facebook Settings: visit https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools , find W Park Studio, and remove the integration. This revokes our access. Once we detect revocation we delete tokens and tied data within 30 days.
- Email request: write to nwolosoff@wparktitle.com with "Studio Data Deletion Request" in the subject. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will retain only what we are required to retain under title insurance recordkeeping rules and the underlying Privacy Policy section 8.
